I know how it feels to be exhausted, to feel stuck in a body you don’t recognize, to struggle with health challenges that seem impossible to fix.

I’ve walked that path, and I found a way out.

How does it work?

My one-on-one Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching program is tailored to your needs and spans 3-4 months, depending on your goals.

It includes four main sessions, each lasting 45-50 minutes, where we dive deep into your health concerns, goals, and progress.

Between these, we’ll have 20-minute weekly check-ins to keep you on track, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed.

As part of the program, we’ll also take a supermarket visit, where I’ll guide you through reading food labels, understanding ingredients, and making healthier choices.

This hands-on, personalized approach ensures you gain the knowledge and tools to create lasting change.
